ForwardLiving Integrated Platform (FLIP) Details

 

Overview

The ForwardLiving Integrated Platform (FLIP) is a four-tiered, subscription-based framework designed to integrate solution providers into ICSL’s ecosystem. Grounded in our mission to reduce mortality and disability for insurance and related industries, the model focuses on holistic, prevention-focused solutions emphasizing innate immune resiliency, functional, and integrative health approaches (e.g., lifestyle-based programs for immune, gut, neurological health) over artificial mechanisms. The tiers—Incubator, Innovator, Catalyst, and Visionary (with Charter Members)—offer escalating value, supporting solution providers’ marketing and distribution through ICSL’s network, co-marketing, and integration opportunities.

Resource Allocation Principle

  • Research insights are available to all tiers (scalable).

  • ICSL leadership time, elite contacts, and strategic influence are reserved for Catalyst and Visionary tiers, commensurate with demonstrated impact and commitment.

All solution providers receive the ICSL Seal of Approval upon passing vetting, ensuring alignment with our core promises:

  • EFFECTIVE (tangible outcomes),

  • PERSONAL (resonance), and

  • VIABLE (economic value).

Vetting leverages any validated Patient-Reported Outcome (PRO) tool to demonstrate net improvement (% improved > % declined by margin); the ICSL Personal Health Quotient (PHQ) will be piloted in future phases.

The Four Tiers

Incubator ($2,500)

Key Requirements: 0%+ current integrative interventions + commitment to 50% in 18 months; net PRO 5%+ (min 50 users); pilot plan.

Value Provided: ICSL Seal of Approval (“Emerging”), pilot facilitation, directory listing, educational resources.

Innovator ($5,000)

Key Requirements: All Incubator + 50%+ integrative + commitment to 60% in 18 months; net PRO 10%+ (min 100 users); HIPAA verified.

Value Provided: Enhanced Seal, newsletter exposure, trends reports, initial leads.

​

Catalyst ($15,000)

Key Requirements: All Innovator + 60%+ integrative + commitment to 70% in 18 months; net PRO 20%+ (min 500 users); SOC 2 certification.

Value Provided: Co-funded webinars/whitepapers, analytics dashboard, limited leadership time (2–4 hrs/yr).

Visionary ($30,000)

Key Requirements: All Catalyst + 80%+ integrative + commitment to 90% in 18 months; net PRO 30%+ (min 5,000 users); Charter Members (first 5) commit to Advisory Committee.

Value Provided: Priority Seal use, co-marketing, 10+ hrs/yr leadership time, limited elite contact access, Advisory seat for Charter Members.
